Activity Description Close Encounter is approximately a one-hour program that includes an educational tour of Dolphin Bay with a lecture about the ecology of dolphins and the importance of the environment preservation. Guest will be directed to a platform where they will begin interacting with the dolphins. Swimming ability is not necessary; anyone can enjoy this activity regardless of his or her age. Participants are advised to wear clothing that is suitable to getting wet.

Our facility is equipped to accommodate guests with disabilities to enjoy the close encounter program. Wheel chairs are available for handicapped and elderly guests upon request.

There will be no picture taking for safety of the guests and our dolphins during the actual touching and interacting with dolphins. A professional photographer will be standing by to take your pictures and will be sold to you if you wish to buy it.

IMPORTANT NOTICE *Participants must take this program prior to any other dolphin activites excluding One Day Trainer program.
*Guest of all ages are required to wear lifejackets during the boat ride for safety reasons. Lifejackets will be provided at the center.
*Children 5 years and under are requested to wear lifejackets to ensure their safety during the program.
*Children 5 years and under must be accompanied by one adult(Above 18 years old) or more.
*Children between 6 and 12 must be accompanied by one adult(Above 18 years old) for each two child.
